Initial Consultation Fee

Initial Deposit Refund

Upon agreeing to a project and making an initial deposit, customers may be eligible for a refund of the deposit under certain conditions. If for any reason you choose to cancel the project before the contract begins, we will refund the initial deposit at 80%. This reflects our commitment to fair practices, acknowledging the resources allocated during the preliminary stages of project planning.

Refunds After Contract Commencement

Once the project contract has begun, a maximum of 20% of the total contract value may be refunded. This policy takes into account the resources, time, and effort expended by Promethean in advancing the project from its inception. We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible, considering the work already performed and the commitments made.
